What to Expect?
Simply fill out the request form below and we will get you set up. The form includes a reduced service fee of only $29 which allows us to have a licensed professional go over your issue(s) and provide repair or replacement estimates.
Once we receive your appointment request, a customer service representative will call to confirm your information and set up your virtual service call. Video calls are done via FaceTime or Zoom. If zoom, you will be sent a link after your appointment confirmation.
Speak to a Licensed Professional
Our licensed technician will call at your scheduled time to begin your virtual appointment if FaceTime or meeting you in the Zoom meeting. You will discuss the issue you're having and show what you can via video or pictures uploaded with your request form. After the discussion you will be provided repair or replacement estimates that will be emailed to you following the call.
If an in-home visit is needed to provide accurate diagnosis, your service fee will be applied to that visit.
If you move forward with any of the estimates your $29 service fee will also be applied to that work.
Due to Extremely high call volume it may take us time to get back with your requests.
Please know we are doing everything we can to respond to each of you. If you have an active leak, turn the water off to your home either at the water riser by your house or at the city meter by the street. If you need help and we cannot get to you find a neighbor or someone close by to help you. Turning off the water will stop the flow of water and reduce further damage.
Request Virtual Service
*Virtual diagnostic fee is non-refundable but it will be applied to any work done or an in-home service visit. We cannot guarantee accuracy of virtual diagnosis as some issues will require an in home visit. In home visit can be set up during your virtual service call. Zoom meetings will be recorded and saved to your account for record keeping and training purposes.
