Currently, if there was only a routine maintenance plumbing or HVAC inspection performed for your Village Partner Plan membership it will not be shown in the portal. Only invoices over $1 are reflected in the portal. You can always get your inspection results by calling or texting our office at 832-919-7103.
No, for the security of your account we only allow you to reset your own password. On the login screen, choose “Forgot Password” which will allow you to receive an email and reset your password.
