To access the customer portal your email address must be on file with us. If you need to add or change your email, simply fill out the form below. We will reach out to let you know when your request has been fulfilled.
How to gain access, first time users
If your email is already on file with Village Plumbing & Air:
STEP 2
Type your email that you have on account with us in the space provided.
STEP 3
Within a few minutes you will receive a portal registration email.
STEP 4
In the email, click the button that says “Click here to get started”
STEP 5
A new window will open. Enter your email address 1 last time.
STEP 6
In the next window, create a secure password.

Currently, if there was only a routine maintenance plumbing or HVAC inspection performed for your Village Partner Plan membership it will not be shown in the portal. Only invoices over $1 are reflected in the portal. You can always get your inspection results by calling or texting our office at 832-919-7103.
No, for the security of your account we only allow you to reset your own password. On the login screen, choose “Forgot Password” which will allow you to receive an email and reset your password.
