Service Partner Plan Air Conditioning

Each of these Plans include an inspection and labor necessary to perform the following services, subject to the terms and conditions of this Service Contract:

Gas Heat / Electric Air Conditioning

Pre-Season Summer: Lubricate as needed / check condenser coil / check electrical connections for tightness / adjust system for optimum cooling / check for oil and refrigerant leaks / check expansion valve and coil temperatures / check refrigerant level / check condensate drain
Pre-Season Winter: Clean and adjust automatic controls / clean burners / lubricate as needed / test for cumbustion leaks / test for gas leaks / test safety shutoff response / check flue for satisfactory operation / check electrical connections for tightness / check safety devices

Electric Heat / Electric Air Conditioning

Pre-Season Summer: Check all wiring for loose connections / check supply voltage / lubricate as needed / check condenser coil / check electrical connections for tightness / adjust system for optimum cooling / check for oil and refrigerant leaks / check expansion valve and coil temperatures / check refrigerant level / check condensate drain
Pre-Season Winter: Clean and check automatic controls / inspect fuses and overloads / check supply voltage / check heat elements / check amperage draw / lubricate as needed / check electrical connections for tightness / check safety devices

Heat Pump / Electrical Supplemental Heat

Pre-Season Summer: Lubricate as needed / adjust system for maximum efficiency / check for oil and refrigerant leaks / test electrical controls for proper operation / check refrigerant level / check condensate drain / check expansion valve and coil temperatures
Pre-Season Winter: Lubricate as needed / check defrost cycle and reversing valve operation / check safety devices and electrical connections for tightness / check for oil and refrigerant leaks / test electrical controls for proper operation / check refrigerant level / check refrigerant controls and coil temperature for maximum efficiency / check emergency heat operation
